Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged. • This policy protects my time and allows appointments to be offered to clients on the waiting/cancellation list. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur the full session fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be cancelled and the full fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding, respect and continued support 🤍
