The CLINICCARE Glow AHA Peel (2nd generation) is a superficial Glycolic acid and Mandelic acid peel effective in treating hyperpigmentation, age spots, sun damage and dull, tired skin.

What is a deep tissue massage?

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage technique which uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues.

A deep tissue massage will typically focus on your primary areas of discomfort. This will typically be the back, neck, shoulders, buttocks and legs. However, it is also used on the arms, for example in the case of tennis elbow, or the feet, such as with plantar fasciitis. IPL HAIR REMOVAL

I offer a range of hair removal treatments including waxing and IPL hair removal

I wanted to give you the lowdown on body hair removal using the SkinBase Permanent Hair Reduction system. This treatment is industry-leading in terms of speed and effectiveness compared with other professional machines.What does the treatment involve?Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) targets the root of the hair. The energy emitted heats up the hair follicle until it is disabled. When this happens, the follicle can no longer produce any new hairs. There are three stages of hair growth and it is the ‘anagen’ phase that is targeted by IPL. Approximately 30% of hairs are in this stage at any one time so a course of treatments is required and you will see progressive results with each treatment. The treatment is fast, effective, and pain-free – with no downtime!
How long will it take to be fuzz-free?
A course of treatments is needed to achieve permanent hair reduction. However, the exact number will depend on the area treated as well as individual properties of your hair and skin pigmentation.
I will carry out a full consultation and provide you with a plan as well as realistic expectations regarding the hair removal results that can be achieved for you.

WAXING

Strip Wax and Hot wax.

My normal ‘warm’ strip wax uses an ultra-hygienic, disposable applicator system and is suitable for most areas. All treatments are suitable for men and women.

Hot wax is very suitable for waxing sensitive areas or thicker hair. Which is why it’s often the wax of choice for Bikini/Hollywood/Brazilian waxes, underarm wax and sometimes facial waxing too. As the wax is left on the skin for up to a minute, the heat opens the pores and hair follicles allowing the hair to wax out much more easily. This should theoretically be less painful. It also has a stronger grip on the hairs, which makes it ideal for thicker more stubborn hair. It can even wax hairs of 2mm in length.

I carry a million secrets that I hold in my head and heart. Anybody can become a PT. But being a life coach and friend is also as important. My job is to take care of the people who choose me as their PT. And making them feel great and look great gives me the best feeling in the world. I have a job which is also my therapy. 🤍

I have over 10 years experience in personal training. As a former chubby girl I have to work hard to stay fit and healthy. My clients range from early 20’s to late 60’s. I will not put you on some crazy diet. I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself. We work on healthy eating habits, to keep your body working better. Safely lifting weights. Hitting new goals and PB!s.

I’m also can help you, if you are going through the menopause!! I’m 50 years young and my body is slowing down so I understand what you are going through. We come up with the best plan to get you through.
